Hmmmm, it might work out, though I find rollouting in general is risky. I only use it liek once per battle, I head straight for the opponent, trun back and head back to the opponent, 99% works if the opponent never faced you. But other than that, most people catach on eventually...

sweet spotting the edge with rollout can be very risky...and not that useful when you have so many better options as jiggs to return....

anyway, you miss that edge or hit it wrong and you go flying back in the opposite direction to ur doom....i say its just too risky

ya I almost never do it anyways...but a question about jiggs recovery in general.why your recovering( I usually just pound untill I need to rejump) how can you avoid the edge guard of...lets say. Marth's fsmash? besides going over him of course.

Getting around marth edge guarders are basically the bane of jiggs....you mess up and that sword tippers you and you go bye bye....basically you can either go over him...or if thats not a possibility just use mind games and make him whiff and go for the ledge during the lag. Of course you could aslo try to airdodge to the stage thru his fsmash but that leaves you open also.

It's useful, but you shouldn't really have to do it too much...maybe once in a while to throw your opponent off. Bad timing=suicide.

If you are gonna miss, miss early.

On the Marth Subject, I play Marth a lot with my friend, and Air dodging is the best against him. If you air D into him, his sword usually doesn't. In fact sometimes just standing right up against Marth makes you invulnerable to him, unless of course he uses his unbelievably good grab.
