Wall of Pain?

I have a few questions about Wall of Pain:

1. What is it exactly? From what I heard, it's just spamming Jigglypuff's aerial attacks.

2. Why is it called Wall of Pain?

3. What makes it so useful?

1. It's spamming Forward and Backward arieals.

2. Because it creates a "wall" that keep pushing on the opponent and causes pain. Okay that didn;t really make any sence but if you watch "Puffstuff" you'll understand.

3. It's high priority, it's combo abilty, it's low lag, it's fast come out, it's basically everything.

4. Please read around the forums before posting a question like this. There must be a hundred topics on this. Oh and make sure you watch the video called "Puffstuff" located on http://www.angelfire.com/alt/aob/
