I'd like to read a FAQ about jigglypuff because I really want to play as her, but I can't really get good with her. So it would be nice if someone told me her approaches, edge-guarding, and some rest combos.

Read some of the topics below this one, that cover both edge-guarding and rest combos. They are still on the first page, and their titles are "Rest Combos" and "jigglypuff edgeguarding techniques", shouldn't be too difficult to find.
