What attacks does the >b not cancel out

I know judo's forward b will cancel out almost any attack (which my friends hate since i phase through the samus shot with it)

only thing ive seen it not clash or go through is itself (im not sure how it works but whenever me and my friend puff eachother we both get hit wich always makes us laugh)

maybe links up b or fox/falcos up b but other than that i dunno.

any attack with higher presidence then puff will not be cancelled by puff. one example is peaches nair

It doesn't cancel out bowser's flame... or are we not talking about "B" moves?

im talking all types of moves. a moves, b moves, anything but grabs i guess. stuff i was truely wondering about are ones like fox/falco's up b or roy/marth's up b. Im primarily wondering what attacks can someone use to close a gap or send a projectile at jiggly and still take precedence over the forward b.

i dont no if there are any projectiles that have higher presidence then pound. there may be some items like the electric spinny thing, but i dont play items so i wouldnt know. as for non-projectiles, im guessing some sex kix would have higher presidence then puff, but again im not sure :P

i dont play with items but now i wanna go and "puff" some items to see what ones i cant if i ever end up having to. (lolz at the idea of puffing the screw attack item)

and just for my total lack of knowledge of the terminoligy why is the n-air called a sex kick?!?! dont understand but then again i dont understand anything(thats why im trying to start a new gamer term along the lines of pwned... if someone needs to be shutup/killed tell em S.I.E. {stab in eye} USE IT IN ALL ONLINE GAMES) ok and with that note i s.i.e. myself.

peach doesnt have a sex kick just a nair. nairs got the name sex kick i believe because the start out HARD in the begining and go LIMP as the attack progresses. or so i heard.
