best throw?

yea and dthrow rest works good against sheik (as long as she doesnt DI fully)

use down throw on breakable platforms followed immediately with a down b for an evil evil combo.

up throw is most useful on fast fallers. otherwise just throw them in any direction to get them off the edge and keep them off.

Now remember that the u-throw and rest combo works on fastfallers on low percentages. If its well above 20%, try not to do it or else, pwnage will ensue (Fox's upsmash, ooh la la...)
