When with Peach and Yoshi if you press jump twice extremley quickly, there is the "puddle" animation of the double jump. [for peach] the sound of the jump and double jump is also present, but yet you dont leave the ground and do a slight twitching movement. There is no real practical use for this besides a mind game, and for me i use it as a taunt :D but has it been named or even considered?. Pre-Emptive thanks for input.

Yoshi can fit an extremly short sex kick in there, but i dont think there are enough frames for the attack to hit someone. Not sure about peach.

DJL has a very good use, although no one ever bothers to do it: DJL:ing out of a shield is the fastest way to get out of a shield. But we're all too lazy to do it :P

How fast do you have to hit jump number 2 for it to land like this?
Frame data would be cool, but if that’s not available a general answer would be good as well, i.e. do you hit the second jump before or after you would hit the airdodge if you were wave dashing?

As it is now, I can do two jumps and then nair or bair really close to the ground, but can’t seem to get the direct landing thing. Do people hit some jump twice for this or do they use the up control stick and the jump together to get even faster pressing?

It's like normal jumpcancelling, only more frame percise. You have to hit jump and hit jump again at the very 1st frame of the 2nd jump. Yes, you have a 1 frame window. But it's just a question of proper timing. Slide your finger from X to Y or something. Watch Mike G. vs. Isai. The thing where you keep hearing the 2nd jump SFX but he keeps spazzing on the ground, that's DJL:ing over and over again.
