to me rpg was the best mario game ever. paper mario could never match up. they need to make a number 2. as in a real number 2. and reintroduce geno and mallow

Exactly. I miss killing culex with ONLY peach, (I used the shell sheild armor thing It's been way too long to remember exactly what it was called.)

Geno needs to be in the next SSBM.

The "shell shield thing" was called the Lazy Shell, and Super Mario RPG will always hold a special place in my heart. :love: I particularly loved Bowser in that game, personality-wise he was probably my favorite, and SMRPG gave me a greater appreciation and adoration for the Koopa King. I was really excited when I found out he was going to be playable in Super Smash Bros. Melee, but, as always, I tend to prefer speed over many other things, so I really don't spend much play time with him :(

It is fun to play as him in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door, however. :chuckle:

P.S. I beat Culex without the Lazy Shell. :p

I agree with Luke, but seeing as this thread is here...

Paper Mario was far superior to SMRPG, though Bowser was ace in both....

Geno & Mallow were crap characters, especially in Bowser's shadow...

But then, he's ace in every game he's in.
