I use Bowser as my secondary. When my Roy -or- Falco is defeated I use bowser. But at tourneys im all Bowser. Me and my friend Combine Sheik and Bowser when using teams its great.

All bowser users i am just curious. (since we all use him as our main) tell us if you have been to a tourney and what place you took using bowser, that is if you used bowser at the tourney. I am most interested in luke's a Decadent one's replys(if he still posts here) but i would like to here all..

I myself have taken 1st at Utah tourneys, but I dont know how good people here are compared to the ones at other tournies, but they all seemed suprised that I used bowser and used him that well......so thats why i wish to play out of Utah. To see if It is just Utah or that i am actually beating the higher tires because of my Bowser gloryness:p

At MLG Chicago I got 17th in singles and me and my bro's link got 7th in teams.

At FC this summer I wanna say I got 33rd? I got the cutoff AFTER 18th or 19th or whatever... so it was right around there.

At Show Me Your Moves I don't even remember what I got... prolly middle bracket but there were a lot of good people there. I beat a sheik in the first round, then fought KishSquareds fox who won the tournament, lost the round 2-1, then fought Snex's Jiggly in the losers bracket and lost that 2-1 then I was done. So who knows.

I lose to the same people every tournament though, but at SMYM I actually got a win against both people who beat me, which is improvement nevertheless...

Well i have played some tough marths. I would say i beat about 30% of the marths i played. But i always beat the sheiks well about 70% of the time.....but yesh jiggly is a pain.

See, when I play someone who uses one of the counter characters to Bowser and I win, my conclusion is that they aren't good. I don't care how good I am at the game, hardly anyone should beat me, ESPECIALLY with jiggs, falcon, ganon, falco, fox, and sheik. Any Bowser player just should not win.

I think Bowser deserves at list bottom mid. Decadent One is like my Idol for Bowser as all of you here. Bowser deserves to be Mid tier at least.

Bowser is FAR from mid tier. There are too many secrets that both Deca and I COULD put on this thread for reasons as to why Bowser doens't belong that high... but we've PMed each other about it and we'd rather let people figure it out. Bowser isn't that great and his weaknesses are VERY exploitable. That's just the way it is.

I think Bowser can make mid...I know he can. Unless these are like Huge secrets that draw him back. Bowser is good but he's not mid tier good, that reserved for people who have just as many advanatges as disadvanategs IN ALL SITUATIONS. bowser indeed has more disadvantages then advantages, making him lower then mid and will never be more then low tier or bottom. sorry kid it anit happenin. and try all you want to move him up, you just won't sorry buddy, but Lukes Bowser I believe is to be the best bowser IN THE WORLD. I'm not joking either, I truly believe it and what he says about Bowser is pretty much true. it's not only common sense to see that t's true but he plays Bowser and NO ONE ELSE. he's insane with bowser to, and what he says is most likly 100% true. and if you don't believe him just think about it, it's commmon ****ing sense.

its good to see low tier characters like bowser do good at tournaments. Not only do they show the potential of the characters but they add to the variety, no one wants to play just marths and shieks.

as for his tier rankings i would say he is better than mewtwo and should be at the bottom of the low tier. As stated before he has his reasons for being down there, which are very obvious when played, but i think he is low low tier material.

eh i agree except for yoshi and kirby, i mean esp with KrazyKirbyKid getting 9th at MOAST and eliminating Eddy, his kirby seriously destroys a **** load of peeps, then u got gabe and fumi showin yoshi's ****, hes fast and can fair better against more characters then bowser can. Rest of the chars u mentioned i think are def lower then the big guy, but what can u do :P.

I talked with Eddie the other day about Moast. He said he won one of the rounds against KrazyKirby handily and the other two were super close. He said that he camped at the edge of the level, and Eddie's Ganon could do nothing about it because of no projectiles. Kirby isn't a great matchup for ganon because of his crouch cancelled game. Eddie himself plays kirby actually and he's very good... and when I asked him how my bowser would have held up he said it would have been just fine because of the flame cancelling. Kirby's game is low and stationary and that is exactly what bowser can fight when he flame cancels. I'm not gonna say I would have beaten this kid, but Eddie said that the matchup wouldn't have been anywhere near as difficult. And then he also added that had he won that matchup he easily would have gotten fifth overall.

And yoshi still only has one jump, and my brother actually plays a very good yoshi, I'll have to make a video of it sometime, but I still beat it all the time, and it's because of that one jump. It's too detrimental to his game.

Of course these are just my opinions.

And I've got like four or five new vids on the hub now if anyone wants to get them off of me. Some are good and some are okay.

Um, I think you're being a little too harsh. KirbyKid's Kirby is amazing even w/o that trick, but the fact that he can combo into the suck, or even just fool people into falling for it makes me think he's a legitimate player. I wasn't tryign to start anything tho. I just wanted to see how he played. And you and Luke are the last people I would ever want to get into a fight over nothing with. You're both far too cool for that. :p

I haven't checked smashboards in like five days and I come back and there are people arguing over whether or not I am the best Bowser in the world on one thread, and then wondering if I'd beat a Kirby on this one... I really don't care for either one... I play this game like once every two months as it is.
