Falcos chain grab + wavegrab help

Whats faster for falco after a wave dash: just wave dash without shield and press z or keep shield and press a.. if there is a better it probably applies to all chars huh well i dont know so any advice would be much liked.

as far as his chain grab goes.. I think im doin it right.. is it that you grab,fthrow,start dash, jump cancel grab, repeat

i don't think it matters in terms of speed or prescedence but I guess if your opponent comes up with an unsuspected attack or something the shield is always there to protect you and counter with a shieldgrab or shffld aerial, so I guess wavesheild->shieldgrab would be the better choice

as for the chainthrow you're doing it right- apparently it only works in certain percent ranges (around lower middle % range I believe). It doesnt make that much sense to me but thats probably because I never knew about it and so im just testing it out on lv9 computers. At low percents they seem to counterattack a lot faster whereas at higher percents they start falling on the ground.

Does anyone else know anything about the chainthrow because when it works it's pretty helpful (duh :D )

I find at real low percentages that you barely if even have to dash after the throw just immeadiatly interupt your dash with jump canceled grab to where u only move like an inch forward.

by the way are you a falco player cuz if you didnt know about it well i just kinda did it. ... nah its probably already discovered.. has to be

That's not a chain grab, but you can sometimes catch people off guard and get it twice.

The closest thing Falco has to a chaingrab is his dthrow on Fox. Since there is a glitch that makes Fox unable to tech Falcos downthrow, he stands directly back up after getting thrown down. At low-mid percents, just press grab immediately after the throw on Fox, and you'll have him back in your grib. At the middle percents, downthrow him, move forward a tiny bit, then grab again. You can usually get this at least a couple of times.

oh well. it still works on all my scrub friends tho hehe
