My Roy Guide (http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=43608)
Refer to the above for the basics on Roy. It covers a lot of things and has a lot of combos. I *need* to update it though.
As far as Roy vs Fox:
Downtilt owns him. Downtilt combos into forward smash, and it's probably the most basic, efficient, and effective combo on fast fallers. If you do that near the edge then it's pretty much over.
DED owns him as well. Use the combo > ^ > B to take Fox out. At low percents you can even land some 4 hit combos. I wish I had a cube set up so I could test out when that becomes uneffecitve...
Chain grabbing works on Fox at low percents. I wouldn't chain grab more than 2-3 times though. What I tend to do is toss them till they decide to DI left or right. When they do I go for a forward smash.
To destroy Fox's Foxfire (up B) all you have to do is counter. It's the simplest and most *******ly way to destroy a good chunk of Fox's recovery.
Anyways, I hope that helps.

I was going to say what MookieRah said. What I've found is vs. a good Fox you'll only be able to get few hits in so you should make them all count. Luckily against Fox a lot of moves lead into fsmash for Roy.
