This Weekend:

In need of good practice and we've gotten a larger community I think it's a good idea that the scene in smash becomes more vivid. So in Tucson, Levi's house, Medafighter, you all know who he is, this is where we're holding it. This is a great oppurtinity to brush up on you're smash skills in light of upcoming tournaments. SSR , And MOAST is just around the corner. So let's get this thing started.

These biweeklies will be held for strictly Melee, but if anyone is up for something else, we're obliged to take suggestions.

Also, we'd like to see some of the phoenix crew get down here. Tony J, this is your chance to get a "serious" match in with Sean B.
I know how much you wanted one of those. ^_^
Plus we got a SoCal sucker here, Trevyn, he wants to take your mooooooooney. Let's show this SoCal noob what AZ is about.

5 dollar entry fee
Double Elimination Format
4 Stock
8 min time limit
- If time runs out, winner is whoever has highest stock/lowest percentage
- In case of exact percentage tie, SD will be played
2 out of 3 matches
3 out of 5 in the later stages of the tournament
No Items
Stages: the first stage will be randomly picked or if agreed upon by the two players chosen from these three: FD, Pokemon Stadium and yoshi story. Loser picks next stage from these: FD, Pokemon Stadium, Dreamland, DK64, Yoshi Story, FoD and

Hey, I'll see what I can do. I lack my own transportation(besides taking the fabled Phoenix-Tucson shuttle) and I need to be back in Phoenix by 8:30 PM, so it really just depends on whether or not that can happen. When are the matches supposed to begin anyways?

The Shuttle should work pretty good for getting aroudn in Tucson, I'll talk to levi and see, but I'm pretty sure he's willing to pick up people who travel by shuttle at the station.
