Perhaps this is known, but I haven't read it so I thought I'd post it.
When someone is jumping towards you, fire off an uncharged shadowball (completely uncharged), then disable during their recovery lag. Sounds very simple, and it is, but it is actually pretty effective to shadow ball + disable. I did it pretty effectively against Roy even when he knew it was coming.
