1. I dont see people using the sex kick much especially when then being hit at low percent use the god **** sex kick.

2. Short hoppin people dont use either and is useful with luigi

3. Down tilt is one of luigis most useful move to start combo because it always puts them right in front of you and they dont go high

4. People use the 2nd jump before they start using the headbutt towards the ledge DONT USE THE 2ND ONE EVER UNTIL ABSOLUTLEY NEEDED and the up-b after of course.

5. Use the down grab alot cause when you down grab them you can do a wave smash (wave dash to a smash move) before then can move alot if your quick like me.

LAST dont forget to use down smash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! gots almost the reach of marths sword but not quite.

Id have to disagree with the never use the 2nd jump. Its probably better to use the 2nd jump instead of the Up-B when you are quite close to the ledge/opponent because..

1) You can air dodge up or onto the platform, and then hit the ledge.
2) If you DO happen to miss the ledge with the jump, the Up-B will save you. Up-B only would screw you over.
3) You cant aerial with Up-B after you used it, with a jump, you can.

I wouldn't say it's one of the most useful move:

1. not enough reach, it has the shortest reach after the a** combo.
2. works mostly on fast fallers, and is easily CC'ed

doesn't mean I don't use it though, I can even link it to a wdash upB and such, But I use it about two or three times in a match.

i ment to just the best move to start combos and another thing that works well is after a down smash alot of times you can meetthem in there air with a sex kick or chop

I'm sorry but this advice is not only useless but ALL wrong
1. wtf Luigis that don't Sex kick are noobs EVERY luigi Sex kicks **** it's a good Kill move so yeah most do
2. WHO doesn't short hop unless they aren't good at it(that pretty much means they are noobs), everyone short hops with everyone even luigi
3. down tilt is a horriable move I mean WHY down tilt when you can down smash down smash leads into combo better and does more damage then down tilt and down smash has more range.
4. don't use second jump WTF!? when your edge guarding you can 1st jump off the stage double back air jump back air again and down B to up be back on the stage! and thats like a perfect edge guard.
5. down throw you mean? anyways you can't always wave dash into up smash cause alot of characters can DI the opposite way of your wave dash and some characters can jump after you down throw unless they are noobs.

these tactics are not only horriable but if you fight noobs then they might be useful but if you perform this in a tournament your gonna get raped. unless it's a noob your fighting or your in a noob tournament

I would have to disagree with that. Dtilt isn't as horrible as, say roy's spikes or meteors. Like I said I don't use it often it's like a wtf move, for mind games. After about, 50% Dsmash doesn't combo fast-fallers I use something esle. I didn't say it's the best combo starter or anything, but it as its uses.

I say the dtilt is more like a "oops" move, but wont mess up your gameplay. not very effective with comboing since the lag is after the hit, not before.

cosmicslice hahahaha! thats great because thats soooo true it is a oops move.

ST Hunter your right it is not completely useless but it's not a move that you look forward to doing I say.

dont forget, you can never really overuse Luigi's foward tilt. I mean his leg's length is so misleading. easy to catch people off gaurd with it, and has some nice knock back.

undrdog has a great point, wavedash and tilt fwd a is a great thing of range. and tilting diagonal down (like in my hrc wr ^_^) keeps the enemy in the same spot, which i guess could be used as a mind-blow if your opponent thinks you will use the regular fwd tilt
