View Full Version : Need Some tatics for Luigi

I Just Recently Went to a tourney and never relized how good people are i got smoked by a samus player but i can wavedash which people said are valuable to luigi and im working on shffling and L- canceling i was also wandering if edgegaurding can be used effectivly with Luigi right now im praticing with kaotical thats the best person in my area right now

Yo. I know Kaotical, he is currently the best guy I can play with. Next time I am having a melee get together I can have him bring you up. We can teach you some cool stuff.

Mostly once you get WDing, L cancelling, and know all of luigi's moves, its just down to practice.

Luigi has 2 meteors (hit with his waist on his dair AS the move starts, and his taunt) both are kind of hard to do, I prefer to guard with F smash (coming in high), hanging on the edge (low), or jumping out and fairing them. your the guy that played peach from pa i seen you at the tourney well the person there used the cape handle but thanx for the advice goin over to practice with kaotical this weekend tryin to get some combos down and some aerial with luigi but i guess im gonna keep practicing

I think i only played Peach in warmup.

Back air is probably the best bet for a edgeguard for luigi.
