i'm new to this game, and i want to ask.
Is Mario utilt any good?

the Brown Mario vids are an excellent source for showing the awesomeness that is Mario's uptilt.

He seems to love up tilt > uair > uair > etc. I haven't ever seen Mario combo like that till I saw his vids O_o.

Most good Mario players will slap in a kickflip combo if they can. Sometimes, if percentage is correct, you can make a Forward Smash or Down Smash happen (though this is probably more directed at characters like Link or fastfallers)

yea brownmario is crazy with his combos, up-tilt repeat on space animals rape , you can do so much dmg

The uair combo works on many chars. At low-mid percentages, if you can catch Marth after his second jump, you can chain him across FD and end it with an upsmash. At least, I did it with my Doc a few times.

I was having trouble with his SH u-tilt by accidentilly tilting too high when using a so i switched to the c-stick for that. After using that I found it had a few problems of it's own(or maybe i just didn't use it long enough.) I'd have trouble fast falling sometimes after using the c-stick and kinda mess up my rythm. Also, it's a bit slower. Not by much, but in the little more time it takes to move your thumb to the c-stick can be the difference between getting the hit in and getting intercepted. So i decided to just practise using the a button and eventually get it down without making that mistake anymore.

i think Mario is one of the best characters in the game, could someone tell me why is he so low, on the tier list?
