misssles for edge guarding

I started playing samus recently and found that i'm actually decent.
I played her when I was a newb and just constantly projectile spammed. I know better now but I still find missiles to be very effective. If you get someone off the edge and spam the missiles you can keep knocking them back. This only works against newbs though. I also thought that if they do get on the edge and you spam, if the try to get up and you time the missiles you knock them back, if they try to role you can WD and tilt and if they jump you can WD short hop sex kick. Can anyone tell men why this wouldn't work?

what do you mean? it DOES work, very well at times. Also, missiling opponents off the edge is a great way to kill if they are unintelligent to be above the edge for much of their recovery. I'd say it's simply your timing that's off and is why you can only see scrubs falling for it. Also, instead of shooting a missile at them when coming up from the edge, just try a fsmash that is angled down, it hits farther, and has less lag so is all-around a better option.

Why did you make this thread, like 4 of the threads already posted have messages that thoroughly explain how to edgeguard effectively.
