All right, so I have come to the conclusion that on a "perfect" hit, Young Link's sword will set someone on fire and send them flying downwards...
However, I have been unable to figure out what exactly constitutes a "perfect hit." A little help, please?
Also... Why is there fire in his sword?

well, it only works on one attack; and that's his d-air. You also have to hit really high on his body; with the hilt of the sword. You almost have to start that attack and hope they come down ontop of you, though it is possible to position yourself well enough to do it consistently; I just find that it's really really hard.

Yeah, I knew it only worked with that attack, just forgot to mention it...
So, with the hilt, you say?
I find it weird, though, that I can't seem to pull it off on big characters like Bowser at all, but I've been able to do it to Falco.

To spike with Y. Links d-air, you have to hit them with the handle of your sword from underneath them but it's actually not a good idea to actually jump out and try to spike them for obvious reasons........
