I feel that if you cant kill your compititon with fs your going to have to know a combo. i think the down spike (d-air) then FS is so effective. Lots of times when you do it fast there body catches the tip and sends thim flying left or right mad fast and is a killer KO
It's good if you space it well/land behind the opponent (and don't forget to L-cancel, obviously), otherwise you're sure to get sheildgrabbed.
It's not quite a 2 hit KO though.. unless close to the edge on a char with really bad comeback maybe.

That's not really all that good of a combo. With Marth there are many other better combos.
Not that many when coming from above..

I've got one. When coming from above, don't dair. Instead, DI back and forward air, l cancel to grab. miss or hit the fair, you get the grab. Now forward throw. Then fair. 5 times. And when they go to land, you kill them.
I hate playing against marth, but any idiot can do fair or nair chains and chain throws. What a fun character :D

That sucks; 'cause I just can't f-air chain =(
Now I feel like Rock Lee who can't use special ninja techniques.

Yes, and any idiot can get out of them, so I'm not sure what you're on about.
Also, if you're already very close to the ground you can't really get your *** all the way back to do a fair at safe (tipper) range.
And what do you mean by either hitting or missing the fair into grab? A lot of moves outspeed (or at least live up to) Marth's grab, including other people's grabs and such. You will have to space correctly for any of this to work which will mean you have to be high above the opponent to have enough time to float all the way back to safe distance.. in this time the opponent could do just about anything including doing two steps forward and shieldgrabbeing your fair.
Not a solid or in any way cheap tactic as you seemed to discribe it.

One of the easy combos that I use for Marth is his Down A stab move and then I hit the C stick for a forward smash. It is almost always the tipper. It depends on what part of the sword you hit them with when you use down stab. I try and hit them with the tip if they have low % but if they have high percentage I try and stab them with the middle. Anyway its a very effective move.

I'm not sure since I've never tried it but that can probably be DI'd out of or possibly something else. It might be able to be broken out of so they don't get hit. But when I used to play Marth my friends didn't DI really. So it worked for me. But otherwise it will catch somebody off guard probably and can lead to some early kills from my experience.

here's a combo that kills anything over 30% damage (although some characters die right off the bat, but those ones have crap recovery). You could either run up to a character and fair/dair when they're on the edge, or you can wait at the edge, flip over them and quickly bair before they hitcha, and then a fsmash (tipper would be nice, but not entirely necessary) would set up for a dair. marth's dair is like Link's throws in Soul Calibur II; you can use it to win no matter how bad you're losing. As long as you get your opponent off the edge and keep them from sweet spotting and such.:\
if all the stuff i just said is bs then i say it doesn't matter since no one should be n00b enough to try a two hit ko against a pro. Although I three hit koed lv 9 IC once....
Lvl 9's are BS dude.. I've two hit KO'ed them so many times it's sad. Three hit KO's are too easy if you actually go for them.. Fsmash near the edge, they come back with second jump, Fsmash again, they come back with upB, final Fsmash, they try to use upB and don't make it. doh.
It's quite easy to get one hit KO's or even no hit KO's on them aswell btw.. -_-
I like to fight CPU's with only one move, like only using Marth's Uair or upB.. _0_
