whats the best way to recover from the up b attack. I don't like using it that much, but sometimes its necessary. I usually get ****ed up or KO'd when I use it, so is there anyway to recover fast from this.

Sweet spot the edge...I don't generally have a problem with it, mostly because I either sweet spot it, or my enemy is not in a dangerous area for me. I'd recommend using the grapple if you continue to have problems with the screw attack until you can get sweet spotting the edge down. Even then, don't forget about the other options in Samus's arsonal.

make sure you smash down after you reach the peak of it to fastfall, less punishable time.

^*NOTE*^ many times, fast falling this can kill you because your character may fail to grab onto the edge

hes referring to using screw attack offensively, not for recovery. obviously don't fast fall if you're trying to recover, geez

My bad. When he said recover, I thought he meant getting back on the course. Yes, fast falling at the peak of the attack is one of the best ways to lessen the chance of u getting killed before your able to land on the ground and do anything again. Sorry about the misreading.

IS there a fast way to recover from up air. there were three of us there. So when we played a samus ditto the person not playing noticed the other samus would recover from up air really fast. Alot faster than I could/would. IS there a secret to this? YEs i know this started as an upB thread

Its really only safe on space animals or most fastfallers who are stunned and need to tech when they hit the ground so they cant retaliate right away. Generally unsafe vs any other character.
