Falco vs Ice Climbers

How does Falco do against an IC? I don't think he should be having a lot of problems, but at flame of bowser 1 vocal whipped me pretty bad with 'em lol.

Any opinions?

IC's can give Falco a rough time if you have never played against a decent IC's before. They can chainthrow Falco, and their smash attacks have such great knockback that they will kill falco at medium percents..not to mention their edgeguarding game is pretty awesome vs him.

As for advice on the matchup...I really don't know how to give you any. Just go for the SHL into shine combos old fashioned stuff, and avoid getting grabbed, as it will always lead either into a smash attack or another grab.

Make sure they are on a decent precentage (in the 20's to 30's) before you start shuffling and attacking head on. If you do an attack that can be crouch cancelled, make sure you l-cancel it and sheild quickly cos chances are you will eat a downsmash and get edge guarded easily. Use your speed and try to aviod getting grabbed, cos any good ic's user will chain grab you and kill you no problems.

play keep away. ic's have low mobility outside of wd and they can't really wd effectively through shl, so just play run away
or hit n run falco. and dtilt will be your friend.

****, nuggaz I got a money match with Teflon Climbers at Moast3, his falcon my IC's on FD best 2 of 3 for $5. It's gonna be crazy talk, because I can chain grab him to ****, but then again he'll be shine comboing me, and SHLing. I'll let you guys know how it went after Moast.
