I posted this on GameFAQs just about 10 minutes ago.

I know this isn't too useful since Hyrule Temple is banned anyways but it is possible to charge his Shadowball completely in this jump. If this is already known then just ignore the rest of this post and flame me if you want to but I've never heard of it before.

First jump off the top with Mewtwo and immediately start charging the Shadowball, about when you are going to reach the bottom of the screen press L (it should be finished charging by now) and jump and do an ABA. If it's not already fully charged, quickly press B and charge what's left of it and press L again. Then continue to Teleport to the bottom platform. Mewtwo doesn't even need to grab onto the edge either.

Oh. I thought he was saying that you can shoot multiple fully charged shadow balls without charging them. That would be so useful if that were only true. v_v
But mostly everybody knows how to cancel the shadow ball charge in the air.

A shadowball may be canceled by tapping R/L/probably Z too. You won't air dodge. This can be used to turn around in midair as well.

If you wan't to know how to beat Mewtwo, I'll let you in on a little secret: Just stand there. Mewtwo will run off the side in fear to his death. He does nothing but lose, despite odds. Seriously though, just watch out for grabs and his B and N airs and you'll be fine. Against falco, I can say that shorthop laser eats Mewtwo alive.
