In the Nintendo power guide, pages 19 and 90 have images of Peach in a skirt instead of the dress she wears normally. Does anyone know WHY this is? Is it unlockable? An older vision of the game? An evil mystery?

I love Peach in mini-skirts.
Those shots are from an older build of the game.

No. It's in the Nintendo Power guide, and it's a very small picture.
