Hey, i didnt know where to stick this, but fox is one of my fav. characters... soooo i stuck it here.

I've seen some stuff where a character would be attacked with something such as a laser, and character being shot at, would do something wierd like 'bullet-time' stuff. Which would either be moving the body sideways *i think mario does it that way*.
Ganondorf does some abnormal looking flip to dodge em.

I was wondering if this was used by an Action Replay, or if it was a normal game function. Thanks.

I think I know what you're getting at, actually they're both right in the instruction manual, called Side Stepping (Spot-Dodging) and/or Air Dodging.

You can do Spot-Dodging by pushing down and shield while on the ground...

And can do Air dodging by pushing L or R while in the air.

Heh, I never thought of it as "matrix like."

Hmm...I like that...

Wow, not only did you discover something that is in the manual, but you decided to make an entire topic about it which i am now posting in, which makes me a huge hypocrit.....

Man, we really need character specific mods ......... i guess thats up to Gideon and the admin team.

Cubed, when did I ever say I discovered anything. I merely noticed, and asked.

Thanks TWP.

soberfox -- I didnt know what to call it, since if i had known the name of it, i could have looked it up :P And i saw one of these funny 'ssb matrix' movie things. (if you don't know what i'm talking about, dont worry.) So i called it that :p

Heh, I like it. I started calling it that yesterday while playing with some friends.
