I'd just like to know which characters Marth can Chain-Throw, and what are the optimum percentages for those characters. I can already sort of chain throw, but I've never thrown them more than 3 or 4 times, I think. Anyway, if you could tell me, I'd appreciate it. Thanks! :)

He can chain Fox, Falco and C.falcon.. not sure about others.

% for Fox: from 0% to about 40% (pretty sure about this one).
% for Falco: I believe from about 15% to something like 40%, maybe slightly higher.
% for Falcon: from 0% to about 40%, once again, might go higher.

Try doing A attacks while holding the opponent to raise his % faster. That way you require less throws to reach the limit.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure about the percentages, but I do know that Marth can chain some of the floaty characters with his forward throw in addition to the three characters Rune mentioned (that are chained with his up throw). The only characters I KNOW he can chain with the forward throw are Marth and Peach(although I don't know if she qualifies because it lasts so short). I think he is also able to chain Samus, and maybe the Marios, but you would have to test that ;)

I believe he can Fthrow Zelda as well.

..sounds impossible, but I'll try.
Don't think a jumpcanceled grab takes you that far that fast though.

You can't chain Falcon at zero percent. Chaining with him doesn't start until around 30%.

..sorry, but I do chain Falcon from 0%. It's pretty though, but I'm quite sure I do it all the time.
Might it be you're confused with Falco?

Maybe in the PAL version. But in the NTSC I'm pretty positive you can't chain Falcon from zero percent. I've tested that many times.

I agree with Synikal. In NTSC, there's a wierd bit of extra lag whenever Marth uthrows CF, and you can't grab him again right away until he's at least at 20%.

Marth also has some trouble chaining Zelda after about 15% because she has a lot of wierd extra floatiness. Most of the time you'll grab right under her. And I know Peach can DI out of the forward throw chain, but I'm not sure about Marth, etc.

Marth can't chain himself very easily if your opponent DIs. DI away and he'll miss the grab. However, you can actually still f-smash afterwards at low percentages. I wouldn't rely on it though. Of course, one could always chase the tech, though that's more easily done with a d-throw.

That weird bit of extra lag on up throwing C. Falcon is because of his weight. The length of throwing animations is influenced by weight. Just pick Mewtwo and do his up throw on Pichu and Bowser, the difference should be very crlear. C. Falcon is quite a bit heavier then Fox and Falco, therefor the up throw is different.

As for Marth up throwing C. Falcon, I can't do it. But I can't really do it to Fox or Falco either, so that by no means means it's reallt impossible.
