Coin uppercut combos

what are some Luigi uppercut combos? I would liek to know, like I know that you can do a cion uppercut to um fast fallers by throwing them up turn around and up B from 0-12% like what percents do they gotta be and stuff like that I also know the up air up B combo that can onyl be done from like 0-9% but like what high percents can you do? I know if you do it to fast fallers throw down turn around dash if they don't tech up B and stuff but what others can be done and also what about floaty characters such as samus and Marth and Maario and Peach what up B combos can be done to them?

The running attack (as rediculous as it is) combos into up B very well. Just make sure you don't start the running attack too early so you will be inside your opponent for the uppercut.
