Whats the best way to do a super punch?

I can never get my friend to fall in place so I can hit him.
IS it not effective on pro players who know what im tryin to do?

Don't use it at all, it's too risky, but if you really want to, try it at Corneria. Use it at the right side of the stage and grab that ledge at the highest point of your attack so you don't have the landing lag if it goes wrong.

Well, if they KNOW what you are trying to do, then you will never land it. Use it when they least expect it, or like ivootjes said, don't use it at all.
