whats the difference between them and how do you use the super missels over the homing ones?

"Super" missiles go faster, are stronger, and go straight, while homing missiles go slow, are relatively weak, and home in on the opponent... obviously. To do a "super" missile you just smash+B, and for homing missiles you do tilt+B.

On a related note, to missile cancel, fire a missile in the air right before landing, and the landing eliminates any lag from the missile. It's a good tactic for all Samus' (less vulnerability = good), and it would probably be good for you to get used to doing.

Yeah and also if you hti them they be stun and you can smash, grab or what ever u wish to do. If they sheild then you be ready to hit them while they stun from the attack is still on them.

Samus' smash missile are a must for any serious player. Generally I dont even use the homing one, unless I am trying to throw off someones dodging timing, or harass campers at low or high platforms.

Not only are the stronger, they can KO, which is important. Sometimes a good opponent can keep Samus from KOing them by giving little time within her kill-move ranges. But with this, you have a long distance option which is handy. I'm thinking fast characters like Fox or Falcon. They can give Samus loads of trouble by being all over the stage.
