Marth's Cape

I've been trying to figure out just what the heck the design on the back of Marth's cape is. I looked at it in camera mode, but it was too fuzzy. At the time it didn't occur to me to check trophies, and it's too late now because I don't own the game.

I could tell what it was vaguely, but not very well. The internet didn't help too well either.

So far I've determined that a Lion and a Unicorn are holding up a crest of some sort. But I can't tell what's on the inside. It looks sort of like something holdign a knife on top of waves or something. Now that I think about it, there might be a similarity to the one on his red gem (the thing holding the cape on).

Anyways, help would be appreciated.
EDIT: come to think of it, does Roy have a design?

Marth's cape has a Lion (Left) and Unicorn (Right) holding crown. Inside the crown is what appears to be the continents of the Fire Emblem world.

Roy's cape has two wings joined together by a triangle with round edges, all surrounded by flames.

Marth's cape is definately cooler. ;)

If you want to see the design, why don't you taunt and then pause and zoom? Or, you can even look at his trophy. I'm sure you'll be able to get the full view of the design that way.

That would make more sense then what I previously thought. It looked like a giant squirrel bludgening a toucan to me.

Marth seems so femine..until you see him fight. I mean he wears a tiara, kinda fingers his hair from time to time..yeah maybe I'm wrong, always seemed that way.

Are you kidding, Marth's shoes fit him perfectly.. as for the femine thing, watch more anime. They always have guys like that in anime.. girls seem to like 'em aswell, so you won't hear me complaining.

O.o seriously? I thought that Eliwood WAS Roy... that's a startling new revelation for me... I was going through the whole game thinking "stupid translators...". :crazy:

Actually, there are 7 fire emblem games...the one in america that was released last year (maybe 2 years, forgot) was number seven, starring Eliwood (roy's father). Roy a starred in Fire Emblem 6, which came out BEFORE fire embem 7 (Jesus christ, dunno why they did that...)

Back on topic...when I first started playing smash, all my friends thought that Marth was a girl...I told them "NO! Marth ISN'T A FRIGGIN GIRL! Read the friggin discription on his trophy...IT SAYS PRINCE!" and we would get into long arguments about whether or not he was a girl. Finally, a very reliable source told us that he was a guy, and I kicked each and every one of them foos. Yeah...that was cool.
