Dates & Deadlines
The tournament will take place online, with the brackets and results posted in the first posts of this thread.

Deadline for entrants will be at midnight of April 20th. There is also a bracket cap of 32.

Brackets will be posted on the 21st of April and will be updated periodically.


Deadline Rules
*Note: Please check this often.
The bracket will be posted on Monday April 21st (after a run through our judges to attempt to make the bracket as fair as possible)

You will have until the night of Saturday the 26th, when midnight rolls around to report the outcome of Round 1, to the one of the two organizers. (Myself and Kithkin).

The bracket after round 1 is expected to be posted on Sunday the 27th, and round 2 is planned to end the Wednesday night following. Then round 3 will be posted and the tournament runs as follows, giving about half a week for each round to be played until we have eliminated enough contestants to contact the players directly about time.

Sets will be best 2 out of 3
Winners Finals will be best 3 out of 5
Losers Finals will be best 3 out of 5
Grand Finals will be best 3 out of 5

IMPORTANT
Remember to post the results of your match! Not doing so will end up in the double disqualification.
It is your responsibility to contact your opponent and set up a time. If you are unable to complete your match on time, both you and your opponent will be disqualified. Note: If you are having difficulting contacting your opponent, PM myself or Kithkin and we will do our best to contact your opponent.
If both your opponent, myself, and Kithkin are unable to contact you through your giving contact address or on Smashboards, you will be disqualified.

- No Items.
- Wall Infinites are banned. (Example: Neutral Jab Infinites, King DeDeDe Wall chain grab)
- Do not spam costume changes before a match, it causes lag.

Norfair - Sure, Lava is stronger than Brinstar... and? It's still easily avoided. Most things are seen coming from MILES away. and the giant lava wave? *Shields it, taking no damage and barely any damage to shield* If you have pictochat then have this.

Alright, Bulborb is an instant KO. Ooooh... and the Klaptrap on Jungle japes isn't? This thing is much easier to avoid, as well. Rain does almost nothing but force hte fight back to the main platform. Pellets are like weak Green green apples.

DeDeDe's chain grab is allowed, even if you do it back and forth, just not against no walls Dan.

Basically, any way you can screw up, but like ROB's Dtilt on bowser on cornerias wall is not allowed.

Its only cause online is prone to infinites and thats stupid.
