Good games to everyone that came up. Sorry you have a lot of videos of me, but I own the camera and wanted to critique myself so no johns ;)

I plan on getting some more batteries with my newfound $, so I should be able to record even more at future tournaments. Host them midwest players! Host those tournaments!

They were! I've been trying to post to say that for a while now, but it wouldn't let me.


THey were just on the other camera that is goofy and splits up matches after so long... so I have to combine them into one file and then upload them. I have his set against brightside and myself.

These matches are decent. Bets I've seen so far, though I still am not overly impressed. I played a trounie myself and the final match was against a ROB, I won with Wolf. Quite frankly that wolf in friendlies wasn't very good. I think you overuse of down smash with ROB, though i suppose its a good move. The one thing I saw missing that my opponent was very good at and drove me insane was forward air/forward tilt/running attack combo's. Chaining those low knockback pushes can be devistating on the ground at low precents and good side stage kills. Anyways Kudos on first decent matches I've seen online. Btw I've found TL to be alot better at 1v1'n RoB, being able to out projectile ROB majorly changes the match.

Btw death to G&W with his no end lag aerials. I've found only good strategy against a good G&W is to stay aairborne and close to him as much as possible, since u can't punish him when he lands best to try and get the air move in first, of course once you get high precents just avoid his ground smashes since he has no good aerial kill moves.

As far as I know, that was Sliq's first wolf match. They were friendlies after the tournament and I was just recording every game until the camera died.


I agree with Toon Link being good at 1v1s... but no one out spams ROB.

Nice vids you got there. Good playing but a lot of it almost seemed silly in the style of play. It looks like you guys are all friends and you can kinda tell in the way you play. Of course I could be wrong and you could all hate each other XD

I think that someone who was move spamming just as much doesn't have the right to john about spamming. If the rolls were working, why change it? What was I supposed to do, Wavedash?

I really don't see why you have such a problem with it. I actually enjoyed those matches. You don't see me johning about Overswarm's camping tactics. I know now what I was doing wrong and will hopefully do much better the next time we meet in the fold. XD

What can I say, my amazing is rubbing off on other people now.

If I could bottle it up and sell it, I would. I'd make millions.

I really don't see how you could say that was all I was doing. In reality, I don't think I was spamming more than anyone else was. Snake Mortars, ROBS down smash, and Metaknight Tornados were frequently used in all the matches I watched or took part in. Brawl is just in the move spam stage right now. It will hopefully get better. We can only hope right?

But yeah, the game came out when? Nothing at all like Melee. I remember watching all those 0-to-death combos in Melee right after smash 64. I mean, they were the same game. It's obvious that everything is already figured out and all.

naw that guy with a sword with blue hair is actually the evolved form of Lucario. It's just he looks a lot like Marth.
