Well glide throw is nothing new but since no1 mentioned it here I thought I should.

If you glide throw with GaW it goes really far, its really usefull against peach and diddy kong.

is anyone else finding this MUCH harder to do with G&W as opposed to peach?

I didn't bother learning how to glide toss because I had no interest im playing characters that could do it. So i just learned it real quick with peach (its easy) but i find it significantly harder with G&W

Yes, the timing on glide throw with GaW is more strict.

Evidently, you have to throw an item at the same time that you roll. Not sure if you have to do one before the other but it basically extends your roll. The video is pretty useful in seeing how it could be useful... Any character with a catchable projectile could strengthen your ground game significantly because not everyone likes to play with items obviously. I'm interested in seeing where this goes.

yeah i was just trying to do this and it is quite hard. something i'll def have to practice and try to throw into my game, good find

ok, i've put a considerable amount of practice into this, and ive gotten pretty good at it. this is VERY cool when fighting diddy especially. just like you saw in the video, gliding banana toss to fsmash works **** well.

this technique is something i highly recommend all GaW players learn this.
