Okay ... you're missing some important details. Most importantly, WHEN are you having this tourney? And secondly, you're missing some major gameplay details: Items on/off? What type of matches will you be doing? Three-stock? Four-stock? Best of three? Best of five? You get the idea.

You can never be too detailed with these things. Get everything ironed out and I'll play. ^^
