for me its most definitely gourmet race, it remixed one of the best songs from a kirby game

Bramble blast and the K.Rool's Ship are both amazing, but I am a bit of a DK country fanboy.
I suppose other than DK my favourite is the Golden Sun music.

If you haven't heard all the songs in the game yet, I'd highly suggest searching online for the OST. The music is just amazingly superb. Nintendo really did an amazing job!
