sheik vs metaknight

i can keep with metaknight for a while but he's really tough to win against. he combos sheik easily and out-spaces her with most of his moves unfortunately. if anyone else finds this matchup easy for them please share some tips, thx.

Mostly it's about abusing the shield being really not laggy when you unshield, and the fact that her needles are one of the few projectiles in the game that beats Meta Knight's Mach Tornado.

Sheik's one of the few characters that can beat MetaKnight at his own game: aerial combat. Use that fact to your advantage and rape.
