Tips for your Marth. F-smash spam more. If you had a projectile, spam that too and then f-smash when they come near you.

Think out of the box, id say. Try more foxtrotting and basic spacing tricks. That DI-waveland (Dash, jump, DI back, dash/walk back in direction you ran from = slide across the ground = spacing trick ).
I'd just say JC-upsmashing would work. and the side-B is good to use too.

Furthermore, if you feel like the Fair is losing strenght due to the new strenght-decreasing-...system (?) XD ... use the Reverse Aerial rush technique (Run towards enemy, right before initiating the short hop that will house the aerial, smash in the opposite direction. You will be able to do Bairs while keeping the forwards momentum of the running. Good luck ^^
