Building a stage to Sheik's advantage

A good Sheik stage should have:
-Little or no ice. Sheik needs reliable approaches!
-Those thin platforms, so Sheik can u-air from below.
-Many falling blocks, so that camping is not done.
-A couple blocks at the very bottom to allow Sheik back on in case she needs to after a off-the-edge
Any other ideas?
