UH HO!! no toon link 4 me? help!!

alright, heres the thing. ive beat te classic mode w/ link like 6 times already. i unlockedjust about everyone including ganondorf and c. falcon. but whenever i beat classic mode, i cant fight Toon Link:(

Are you sure that's even the right unlock condition? I thought I heard it was beating classic with Ganondorf that did it. Try using him and Zelda and see if that works.

You can unlock him by completing 400 vs. matches, beating SSE then beating Classic with Link, or beating SSE then going back to the Forest area.

I can't seem to get him either, I beat Classic with link a few times like every site says, but no luck. I just got ganon, so I'm trying with him.

You have to beat SSE before you can get Toon Link.

The only other way is doing 400 VS. Matches.

You can either beat SSE, then go back to the forest area, or beat SSE then beat Classic mode with Link.

This is how I did it: (from Cheatcc.com)

# Unlock all characters easily

Use the following trick to unlock all characters in under two hours. Enter VS. mode, and select Special Match mode. Set it to Stamina and Flower modes. At the character selection screen, give the CPU 1 health and your character anything over 1 health. Also, make sure that it is on 1 Life Stock mode. Set the map to Shadow Moses Island, at least until Snake appears and you defeat him. Keep playing this way for approximately two hours and you have around 500 VS. mode games played. By then, you should have unlocked all characters. Note: Make sure you are using a character you are good with because after a certain number of rounds, you will unlock each character and have to face them in a fight. It is 1 vs. 1 -- so it is recommended that you use a character like Ike, who hits very hard. However, do not worry if you lose; after one more VS. mode round, you will get to try again. -From: Austin Raynor


I unlocked everyone that way in under two hours. Although it's annoying to do, its not bad if you watch a movie while you spam the Start button. Cheers.

Well look, I finished supbspace emissary, and right after I finished classic for the first time as Ganondorf and I unlocked toon link, so either way you have to clear subspace before you unlock him.

Easy, beat SSE, then go back to either the forest stage, or just slash through classic with Link after beating SSE...
