well.. it's pretty intuitive, but, if you fall into water, you cancel your rest. so on delfino plaza or toon link's ship, jigglypuff can take advantage of swimming foes with a sleep free rest.
it's not like te situation comes up often.. but, when it does, I'd make sure to capitalize.
