I don't have brawl, but could someone test this: You approach someone and see they're fsmashing or whatever. So you SH and airdodge through them and use your BAIR. Could someone please say if this is possible?

Do you mean hitting before he charged für FSmash oder just to avoid FSmash bei passing through?
I'd say it depends on the char and the FSmash.
