his nuetral is weird now, somtimes in sends people flying somone its drags them right ontop of you and u get hit. i deont have the game so i havent mastered him yet like i did in melle, but i promise i will get good for you all with him

last hit of nair pops them up a good amount, if you chased them up to top with upB you can nair out of parachute and get a kill if you're high up enough

His new Neutral Air is a Fishbowl, derived from one of his games(surprise surprise...), which I believe is called Tropical Fish...the Parachute is now part of his Up-B allowing him to float gently to the ground...
