Straight down? Doesnt' it send them straight up? It has similar power that Jiggy's Rest has.

It will also send them straight up if they are standing on the ground. It still makes the "ping", but it won't kill them because it has set distance. On a related note, has anyone tried using whil in the Negative Zone? I heard that was a one-hit KO.

technically it doesnt send them straight up. what you are seeing is them bouncing off of the ground.

its the same with say....falcons down air.
