Can Meta-Knight Use Dimension Cape while his Enemy is in Mid-Air and attack right after the teleport. If yes, Can he reteleport after.

It would be so cool if so. You could just send foe in the air and teleport under and back on top and back under, doing insane damage.

Nope, Dimensional Cape puts you in fallspecial.

Well you can use it in the air, but you can't use it twice before touching the ground. It would be a bit broken for recovery if you could.

No it doesn't, from what I have seen I don't think meta has a spike.
