Luigi vs Wario.

I need proof to a certain friend of mine. He thinks Wario is better than Luigi. Cool thats his opinion, but he also thinks Mario is better than Wario. Whats up with that? This is the same guy who thinks that Mario is better than Peach. A middle tier player vs a high tier player. I need you Luigi fans to tell me if Luigi is a better fighter than Wario. Your Mission is to prove to me who's better.

Let me just say now that I'm neutral on both sides of this "arguement".

please, It's all your friends opinion on the two. Tier system might say that a charictor is better than another (Although there almost always right), But If your friend just can't work with that one charictor, WHO CARES?!? If your friend thinks That [anyfighter1] is better than [anyfighter2] then it is in his mind!

I haven't played the game yet so I cannot say for certain.

There's one thing I can definitely say though. Luigi's recovery is leagues better than Wario's.

No characters in Brawl are better than others, they all have different pros and cons. Luigi may have better recovery than Wario, but Wario may be a bit more powerful as far as damage goes, so it all balances out.

Tell your friend that they are both more powerful than each other...

It depends on the person playing. Luigi's moveset is fast. He is light on his feet and that allows him to move across the stage while still being strong. Wario is very versatile. All of his moves can be used for more than one thing. He is also unpredictable. I used to think that Luigi was leagues better than Wario but after seeing some GOOD people play as him they seem to more so on the same level. I am going to play as both though.

Yup, you pretty much hit the nail on the head. I think that Luigi is better than Wario, but the game is a lot more balanced now (or so I've heard.). If your friend thinks Wario's better, than let him think that. The only way you can really prove which character's better is by anhilating one with the other.
