in gimpyfish's first impression of brawl thread
it says someone sorta confirmd moonwalk's in. but i need words from players who can do moonwalk in melee and have a copy of brawl to answer this question.

i dont have brawl and havent played it. but i would assume that there is no moonwalk because there is no pivoting and moonwalking was sort of a pivot. that would be pretty sick if he did have it though. the knee and the moonwalk are captains sexiest features =)

I've tried doing the traditional method of moonwalking for Falcon to no avail. There might be a new way to moonwalk however, but I haven't heard about it.

Moonwalking had nothing to do with pivoting.

If it is in, it is only good for sex appeal. The run->turnaround jump with the same momentum makes moonwalking completely obsolete.
