This is a confusing one because pit looks pretty good, but from melee marth was good and i heard hes better in brawl. Also pit looks like he has a better come back than marth, but if a pro is marth they could come back with no problem. When i saw videos of pit he looked pretty even fighting marth.

*Sigh* You should atleast give a link to the "Other" Thread. And I dont see a problem with a thread that -only- debates Marth or Pit.


Pit has a good Ranged attack and Ranged defense, and a great Recovery, but Untill I really play with him.

Marth has alot of speed, a pretty good recovery, a great aerial gameplay, and a ground gameplay almost as good. only problem is he's -really- light, and dies at really low percentages.

Im Playing with Pit first. Like. Litteraly the first character I play as. And He'll prolly be my main untill I unlock Marth.

Well, seeing that marth is pretty broken by the looks of it he will be better than pit.

Dunno, (Yes, more Video Archive Advertisment) In the Vid Archive... theres a Marth vs. Pit match, a very good one.


Slowness dosent mean so much in Brawl, Remember Boweser in the Demo?

Well its tough because i think pit will be broken soon and i do want to main pit, but right now its looking like marth at the moment.

Won't know till meta game is established

I think you should pick who you like, not who's the best. That's a stupid reason to pick a main in my opinion. But anyways, I would say Pit- master those arrows and you'll be one annoying son of a ***** to fight.

Just Use Pit I Guarantee you'll Do alot Better with him as your main, You dont want to main Marth...Destroying Marth Mainers had Always Been My Forte.

Marth is still regining as possibly top tier... but i dont know.... Pit, he has everything.
That proyectile is to be feared... and his recovery is just obsene.

In the long run i think pit has more options to fight any player and last longer than marth.

I Agree, Its Just the character you like May not be the best character, then again, why play smash if you dont want to win?
