Toon Link wields the Phantom Sword in Brawl. Does that mean he'll have better range than Young Link in melee?

Heh. So I'm NOT crazy. I thought that was the Phantom Sword too. Anyway, I would expect that his range is better, since any sword is better that that Kokiri one... :P

Huh, I didn't notice it, but now that I double-checked it does appear similar to the Phantom Sword.

it's so much shorter than regular link's sword, I don't care how it compares to lil' links. it will always be deficient in that sense :( I will not say more, for I am biased in that sense.

That is the phantom sword -_-
I didn't get a good look at TL when i played but it is obviously not a noticible difference so please hold back your silly master sword assumptions -_-

It's defiantely funny how everyone is aruging about which sword it is. Does that really matter?
What matters is what range it has. It should defiantely be longer, that would be a huge advantage.

The Kokiri Sword isn't even a sword, that's a freaking dagger.

he has the master sword, you can tell because the blade gets thinner at the hilt, wile the Phantom sword gets bigger at the hilt, any ways yea it is longer than Young link's butter knife :p and I just wish they would have copied the master sword's model from Link so they would be the same length.

I was always getting boned because of that knife. As for copying the model, yeah that would be good, but it makes Toon Link have maybe too much range. It's good to have a balanced character.
its definitely the master sword considering he used that in the wind waker and i think it has the triforce on it.

My point exactly. I was trying not to make Link feel bad...*cough*

I've played the japanese game and I can safely say its the Master Sword...
I'll look for a good image to post showing its the master sword.
EDIT: Look at the hilt. Definitely the Master sword.

it glows!
It's a gold shiney.
I know, because I notice shiney.
Shiney is Knight1's friend.
SHINEEEYYY! I LOVE SHINNEYYY!
Seriously though, it's the Master Sword. It's just too SHINNNEYYY, like after you finish the Wind and Earth Temple. ;)
And Toon Link isn't a BAMF, he's a BAMFTRWFKEOTTAISTFSMF!
And Toon Link is only based off Phantom Hourglass in the sense that it's Wind Waker's sequal, in which Toon Link is basically based off SOLELY Wind Waker, like [adult] Link is based off Link in Twilight Princess. ;)
