Mr. L alternate costume?

I've been wondering about this for a while, and now that the leak is out, does anyone know if Luigi has the Mr. L alternate costume from Super Paper Mario? Mr. L was so cool!

it's basically the same costume, just with different colors. i wouldn't be surprised if he's got it.
