Well, It might not be the up B but it's not Blizzard as his arm is raised higher like he's making those Ice things. Nana is also facing the same way he is it's form is also different then Blizzard, it dosen't look like Popo's Old B but it could be... Discussions?

It looks like diddy is smashing the ice blocks with the hammer and whats left is the ice particles from them being broke....or at least thats what it looks like to me

I'm pretty sure it's just a graphics update for the game itself. I see no reason to remove the old Ice Blocks, especially when they were useful in the last game (Quad-Blocks anyone?).

Ice Climbers have a projectile, better grabs and there's TWO of them. On top of that they have disjointed hitboxes like Marth and can breath minty fresh breath. AND they can make instant ice cubes. They win!

Exactly. Marth is useless and ice climbers rock.

Anyway, it should stay a projectile, there's no reason to take it out and not having a projectile is a big downfall.
