Peach's F-Smash

In Melee it was impossible to get two of the same thing in a row. So if you juggled to the frying pan when you had idle time the next thing you would get would be a horzontial knockback attack (great for edge guarding). Is that still so? Is the F-Smash stronger, how do each different tools work?

Peach have alot of powerful atacks, so if the F-Smash is the same as it was in Melee im ok with that, but if as you say is stronger, well thats better
