unfortunatley, what I said is still right :( Aether has to complete the animaton before you can grab, so that means aether can edgerape those with alot of air game.

rule 1 of fighting ike- if you are above ike and near an edge, take your friends controller and throw it out a window.

wow you guys post fast, its been two days and there's like 3 additional pages. anyway, i found a channel on youtube with lke 50 videos of 1 v 1 v 1 v 1 matches and 98% the person playing player 1 is ike. and in 86%, he ends up winning. it looks as though ike is a much higher tier than i even hoped!


and out here in maryland we didnt even get snow. we got freezing rain for 5 minutes and then 40 degree rain for like 12 hours. mother nature hates maryland

ok! back... again. after another day of no posting and i missed like 5 pages... gah. this thread is getting out of control. i liked the good old days when it was me, you torchik, deathparasol, ike's biggest fan and that one other guy. um, well. i'll try help you out and keep things under control but idk, cuz i'm not on here as often as before.
ok... ike stuff. more ike stuff.... um... well. i see Marth's final smash has a little FE health bar that appears by the enemy's damage percentage and goes BLOINK! cuz his is a 1-hit-KO.
even though Ike's isn't an instant kill, the animation for his is WAAAYYY cooler than Marth's.

I might have to get in on the online Ike battles. I like to play competitive... but we do 4 stock instead of 5. Like to keep as much as MLG as possible.

Oh yeah... I live in Brookings, SD and go to school at South Dakota State University. Last week i was walking 5 blocks to class in -43 degree windchill. The last time i had school called off.. it was a blizzard and the interstate closed.... got at least 3 feet of snow... I'm used to it.
